Service Description

monday.com Forms Integration by appstronauts is an app that helps monday.com users seamlessly connect and automate workflows between Google Forms and monday.com boards. Our service creates an automated connection between your Google Forms and your monday.com workspace, making data collection and management effortless.

Account Access and Authorization

To use our service, you grant us:

Read access to your Google Forms to collect form responses and automate item creation in monday.com
Read and write access to your monday.com boards for integration and automation
(If you use Google Sheets features) Read and write access to your Google Sheets for data synchronization
Read-only access to Google Drive to locate and access your forms and spreadsheets

Data Storage and Security

We store Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens to maintain the connection between monday.com and Google Forms (and Google Sheets, if used). These tokens are securely stored and used solely for providing our integration service.

User Control and Rights

You maintain full control over your data and access permissions. You can revoke our app's access at any time by:

Accessing your Google Account settings
Locating monday.com Forms Integration by appstronauts in your authorized apps
Removing the app's permissions

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
